Mr. Rajkumar Konde
Mr. Rajkumar is founder member of Wemaximum Services Pvt Ltd. and has served as our Director since May 2016. A seasoned technology industry executive, Mr. Rajkumar has more than 34 years of industry experience.
An accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing and scaling enterprise IT solutions Mr. Rajkumar is specialized in AS 400 (IBM iSeries) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. Known for a strategic mindset and hands on leadership & oversees end to end delivery, modernization and support of legacy AS 400 systems alongside the implementation and integration of modern ERP systems such as BPCS, JD EDWARDS, MOVEX (Infor M3), System 21 AURORA, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics and custom built platforms.
Mr. Rajkumar is leading the AS 400 and ERP business verticals, managing multiple client portfolios, driving digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems, overseeing ERP lifestyle activities from requirement gathering and system design to deployment, training and support. Collaborating with cross functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure and business stakeholders.
Mr. Rajkumar successfully led the migration of AS 400 based systems to modern ERP’s like SAP, MSD 365. He also directed multiple full cycle ERP implementations across manufacturing, retail, healthcare and insurance domains. Achieved significant cost savings by optimizing legacy system maintenance and modernizing core modules. He has built and scaled high performing teams in both onshore and offshore delivery models.
Prior to joining Wemaxx, he founded Bizgaine Technologies in 2007 which is still operational. Prior to that he served Thermax Ltd, House of Patel Groups, Jumbo Group , Satyam Computer Services, Mindtree Consulting, Suzlon Enery as techno functional roles.
Mr. Rajkumar hold Computer Science Degree and Master in Business Management.
