Mrs. Swati Konde
Mrs. Swati is a versatile and results driven leader with 30 years of experience and strong track record in managing both Administration, Accounts & Finance Functions within the software and IT services industry. Swati brings strategic vision and operational excellence to two of the most critical support functions, ensuring workforce alignment, regulatory compliance, financial discipline and organizational growth.
Mrs. Swati is managing administrative operations such as facility management, procurement, travel, compliance and office services. She is also overseeing accounting functions including budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance.
Successfully integrated HR and finance systems for better resource visibility and cost control. Implemented automated payroll systems, reducing processing time by 50%. Played a key role in scaling the workforce while maintaining financial discipline during periods of rapid growth.
Prior to joining Wemaximum Services, she served as Director – HR and Accounts at Bizgaine Technologies since 2007. She also served Thermax Fuji electricals Ltd, Thermax Ltd, House of Patel Group , Parenteral Drugs India Ltd .
Mrs. Swati holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
