Mrs. Vaidehi Kale
A seasoned and strategic HR leader with almost 20 years of extensive experience in building people centric organizations within the software and IT services industry. Currently heading the Human Resources and Accounts Functions. Mrs. Vaidehi plays a key role in aligning workforce strategy with business goals, promoting a strong organizational culture and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Leading end to end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employee engagement. Partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Built scalable HR processes to support rapid growth from 5 to 50+ employees. Implemented HRMS systems for streamlined onboarding, payroll and performance tracking.
Mts. Vaidehi also overseeing accounting functions including budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance. Managing internal audits, vendor payments, receivables and financial planning processes. Collaborating with executive leadership on compensation strategy, workforce cost optimization and organizational policies.
Prior to joining Wemaximum Services, she served as HR and Accounts Manager at Bizgaine Technologies since 2007. She also served Centurian Bank.
Mrs. Vaidehi holds Bachelor of Science degree and HR certifications.
